Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a corporate or entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the importance of cultural sensitivity.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the role and the Seneca Nation.
