About the role

Dream Machine Asset Management is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join their boutique, family-owned asset management company. The ideal candidate will help manage assets in the Chiropractic, Assisted Living, and Real Estate verticals, from financial reporting to operations, facilities management, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including financial reporting, facilities management, sales, and marketing
• Adapt to changing priorities and adapt in real-time
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolution of conflicts
• Evaluate and implement solutions to complex problems, maintaining high standards of performance
• Utilize spreadsheets, Google products, databases, and other technical tools to support operations
• Ensure compliance with computer setup and networking principles
• Enable team members to succeed by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Lead and motivate a team, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure
• Protect sensitive information and build trust among clients and partners
