Operations Manager/Facilities Engineer, Commercial Real Estate
About the role
In conjunction with the Property Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, security, and appearance of the assigned property or campus. As the primary on-site operational leader, this hands-on role oversees building systems, contractors, maintenance activities, tenant needs, and capital projects to ensure the property is operated safely and efficiently, in accordance with company and client expectations. The Operations Manager is expected to actively troubleshoot issues, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed. This position supports both the Wichita and El Dorado properties.
