Key Responsibilities

  • Lead F&B operations during events across all guest-facing areas
  • Ensure all locations are properly set, staffed, and ready prior to doors opening
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence across assigned areas
  • Monitor service flow, speed, and guest experience; resolve operational issues in real time
  • Oversee pre-event setup including stand readiness, equipment, product availability, and staffing
  • Ensure adherence to standards for cleanliness, food presentation, menu accuracy, pricing, and professionalism
  • Partner with Standards & Compliance by responding to findings, implementing corrective actions, and reinforcing expectations
  • Lead and support frontline supervisors, staff, and vendors during events; provide direction, coaching, and real-time problem-solving
  • Partner with Culinary to ensure food is prepared correctly, delivered on time, and presented to standard
  • Cooking standards or recipes, changing pricing or menus without approval, or directly managing Standards & Compliance or Supply Chain functions
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on product stocking and inventory positioning; communicate with Finance on pricing or POS concerns
  • Address operational breakdowns in real time and participate in post-event reviews
  • Identify recurring challenges, contribute to solutions, and support implementation of process improvements
  • Responsible for all real-time operational decisions within assigned areas during events
  • Authorized to reallocate staff, adjust workflows, resolve service issues, and escalate critical matters to the Senior Director of Operations

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7+ years in food & beverage, hospitality, or venue operations
  • Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced environments (concessions, premium service, and/or catering)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and execute under pressure; strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Decisive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable across different operational areas
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as use stairs as needed
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as event schedule dictates
