About the role
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dallas Training & Support Center, ensuring all programs run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dallas Training & Support Center
- Manage staff to ensure effective team performance
- Cook up and coordinate training sessions
- Maintain high standards of service and facility upkeep
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., fitness, business management)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fitness or related field
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Experience in training and development
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Pilates equipment and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
