Responsibilities
- Provides support for employer relations and student programming events and activities including career fairs, events, job postings, interview scheduling, and registrations.
- Assists with event logistics, communications, and day-of operations to support delivery of services and programs.
- Assists with processing and tracking operations related to departmental activities, events, and registrations.
- Provides expertise and guidance for Career Development Center, Employer Relations & Student Programming activities and procedures.
- Communicates with various students, employers, and campus partners regarding programs, services, and processes.
- Supports daily operations of the programs to include ensuring adherence to department procedures, reviewing event-related expenditures, and assisting with the maintenance of procedures and operational practices that support staff functions and workflow.
- Oversees program budgets.
- Works within established program-related systems.
- Reviews and maintains programming-related records and budget projections.
- Provides assistance to campus partners on various systems and operation tracking processes.
- Directs the work of student support staff within the unit and provides feedback to departmental leadership on student performance as needed.
- Reviews student work assignments, provides training, and serves as a guide for program-related policies and procedures.
- Determines student operational coverage needs.
- Assists with student search processes for vacant positions as well as operation-related support for staff searches as needed.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external constituents
- Ability to organize and multi-task
- Ability to utilize various computer software packages
- Ability to work within established university policies and procedures
- Budget and high-level Excel experience
