Operations Manager-CA

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store.
• Maintain an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
• Manage, supervise, and implement store policies.
• Support sales and inventory management.
• Staff, train, and develop employees.
• Manage financial aspects of the store.
• Lead customer service initiatives and promote the CVS customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Benefits

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $21.90 - $35.90. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
