Operations Manager

About the role

The Manager of Operations oversees critical departments including Facilities, IT, Patient Administration, Patient Experience, and Business Operations. They manage a team of 5-10 FTEs, collaborating with leadership and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient business practices.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-departmental projects
• Streamlining patient flow
• Supporting project management, data analytics, and technology initiatives to enhance staff and patient experiences
• Coordinating office supplies, maintenance, office scheduling, and onboarding new staff
• Maintaining a comfortable and organized facility environment

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, with 3+ years of healthcare operations management experience. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills are essential. Ability to translate technology for end-users and work effectively in a matrixed environment is required.

Pay

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 USD, with potential for bonuses.
