About the role

This role aligns with U.S. Eastern Time working hours, with core availability from 10:00am–6:00pm EST. Reliable access to Google Meet is required, along with a strong, stable internet connection and VPN capability to support daily video collaboration.
About the opportunity
TUSHY is hiring an Operations Manager to help drive day-to-day execution across our growing omnichannel business. This role will sit at the center of key workflows spanning ecommerce operations, inventory movement, retail execution, systems maintenance, vendor coordination, and cross-functional project management.
Responsibilities
Own and execute recurring operational workflows across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and 3PL partners
Care for inventory transfers, inbound shipments, item setup, order routing, and launch readiness activities
Maintain operational KPIs and proactively flag issues impacting service, cost, or execution
Manage systems and processes, build and improve SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and workflows that create scale and reduce manual work
Identify broken processes and drive practical fixes with urgency
Independently manage marketplace initiatives with clear timelines, owners, and follow-through, including launches, assortment expansions, content updates, and operational improvements
Partner across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, CX, Product, and Marketing to keep Amazon, retail marketplace, and channel priorities moving efficiently
Run structured meetings, recap action items, and hold internal teams and external partners accountable to marketplace deadlines and deliverables
Communicate with warehouses, freight providers, vendors, marketplaces, and external partners
Resolve day-to-day execution issues quickly and professionally
Track partner performance and escalate recurring gaps when needed
Requirements
4+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain operations, business operations
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Strong systems aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools
High proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel with strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable holding others accountable and following through persistently
Process improvement mindset with a bias for action
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, ERP/OMS, EDI, Monday.com, or similar tools strongly preferred
Must be reliable, responsive, and aligned to U.S. Eastern Time working hours

Pay
The annual base salary for this position is $70,000-80,000 USD. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.
