Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the entire venue operation - Deliver exceptional guest services - Ensure guest satisfaction - Plan new and update existing menus - Develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy - Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints - Organize and supervise shifts - Manage and lead staff - Train and evaluate staff performance - Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory - Manage restaurant supplies including small wares - Control costs and minimize waste - Create and nurture a positive working environment - Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality

Requirements

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role - 3-5+ years of experience in customer service management - Extensive food and wine knowledge - Computer literacy - Very detailed oriented - Familiarity with restaurant management software - Experience in event planning - Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills - Good financial management skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Team player - Ability to adapt to change - Good time-management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

- Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration
