Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day assembly floor operations in Clermont, ensuring we hit production targets without compromising quality.
• Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate shipping and logistics for nationwide delivery, ensuring fast turnaround times.
• Technical Quality Control: Ensure all units meet performance standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing or shipping workflows and implement lean solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven operational expertise: Experience in warehouse management, production, or field service.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of gas and electrical appliances is a plus.
• Communication: Fluent English is required for this customer-facing role.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license.
• Mindset: A professional B2B attitude and a "get-it-done" approach.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
