Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain internal processes and standard operating procedures to increase team velocity and reduce execution errors.
- Manage cross-functional project plans using tools like Jira, Asana, and Linear, tracking deliverables and mitigating risk across multiple departments.
- Define, track, and report on operational KPIs and engineering velocity metrics to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- Own vendor management and tool administration for the team's software stack, optimizing spend and platform integration.
- Facilitate team alignment rituals including sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly business reviews to unblock resources.
- Build dashboard reporting and data visualizations in Tableau or Looker to uncover productivity gaps and resource constraints.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of operations management, program management, or management consulting experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven expertise in process mapping and optimization, using frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
- High proficiency with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion) and modern data tools (SQL, Excel, Looker Studio).
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing change across distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Bonus: Experience with automation tooling (Zapier, Make, or custom scripts) and PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credentials.
