About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at Raymour & Flanigan. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, managing teams, and ensuring a professional and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to Raymour and Flanigan's safety policies and procedures
• Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition in a team environment
• Interact with customers and contractors, and oversee all warehouse operations
• Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals, and develop associates and supervisors
• Meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Meet business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment
• Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor
• Collaborate, lead, and manage teams effectively
• Perform analytical and critical thinking tasks with attention to detail
• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by management

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience
• Three years of experience leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory, and facilities management
• Experience in coaching and training
• A flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be highly productive for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
