Responsibilities

• Commit to Raymour & Flanigan's safety policies and ensure safe work practices for all associates.
• Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Interact with customers and contractors while managing all warehouse operations.
• Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals, and develop associates and supervisors.
• Meet deadlines and business metrics in a fast-paced, continuous-improvement environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Demonstrate collaborative, team-oriented leadership with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Three years of experience leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory, and facilities management.
• Coaching and training experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be highly productive for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
