Operations Manager

MV Transportation is seeking an Operations Manager to provide support, leadership, and direction to an assigned operating location to ensure delivery of annual business plans.

Responsibilities

• Control the daily operation of our transportation contract in compliance with the policies of the contracting agency and company procedures.
• Manage on-time performance and driver availability.
• Oversee all call center functions.
• Manage customer relations through direct contact and outreach programs.
• Identify, select, train, and mentor location staff.
• Communicate frequently with location staff and support team members.
• Assist in overseeing safety and training programs to ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining the safety culture of the division.
• Maintain routine client contact to meet or exceed expectations.
• Assist with conducting periodic departmental audits.
• Review key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Implement, promote, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in location labor and employee relations activities.

Requirements

• One (1) to three (3) years of management experience in a similar-sized paratransit environment.
• Experience in scheduling, personnel management, and training.
• Ability to work independently with strong written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations and company policies.
• Trapeze experience preferred.
• Experience managing a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Annual salary: $80,000–$96,366.40 based on experience.
