Operations Manager

Essential Functions

• Support and comply with company policies.
• Cultivate the MPW culture.
• Establish and follow safety rules and regulations including DOT, Environmental Compliance, and OSHA.
• Lead monthly safety committee meetings.
• Manage management duties such as establishing and maintaining training standards, quality standards, customer service standards, and IT strategy.
• Manage regional sales team, pricing, and product management.
• Oversee P&L, meet budget, capital outlay, and strategic planning goals.
• Manage general human resources operations including talent acquisition, retention, personnel workflow, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Non-traditional availability may be required as a regular part of the job due to the 24/7 service nature of the business.
• Travel to various MPW and customer sites as needed (60 to 100 overnight trips annually).
• Become an expert on full range of MPW product offerings to cross-sell business units and share best practices.
