Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will manage the overall efficiency and operational flow of clinical operations across various sites within the Department of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Shaping the department’s operational vision
• Streamlining daily workflows
• Introducing benchmark driven improvements
• Oversight of consistent workflows
• Poor staffing management
• Timely issue resolution
• Flexible on-site and remote coverage
• Developing training modules
• Partnering on program initiatives
• Supporting the executive teams vision for growth

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Five years Work Experience Required
• Must be comfortable working in Epic and all Microsoft programs including Excel, PPT, Word and Visio
• Must be willing to learn new programs as needed by the Department
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Able to clearly explain concepts or ideas to diverse audiences

Pay

$68,800.00 - $86,000.00

Schedule

Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS
