Operations Manager

About the role

Responsible for leading construction projects from design through completion. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful delivery within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
• Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
