About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing relationships with the client(s), ensuring deliverables of the contract are being performed and that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met. This role serves as a resource for field personnel supporting the contract(s) and ensures the company's core values are adhered to in the performance of work.
The Operations Manager works closely with Facility Site Supervisors and acts as the primary point of contact for the client, resolving issues related to work performance, staffing, and billing. They also ensure that requests for additional support are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure contract deliverables and KPIs are met.
- Serve as a resource for field personnel supporting the contract(s).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to resolve issues related to work performance, staffing, and billing.
- Address requests for additional support in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company core values in all work performed.
- Hold regular safety meetings with staff.
- Travel to remote sites for facility reviews, progress reviews, meetings, and training as required by the customer.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years’ experience working as a Facilities Coordinator or Superintendent.
- BS/BA Degree (preferred but not required).
- Industry-recognized experience, training, or certification in Facilities Management (desired).
- Frequent travel is expected; some travel may be overnight based on complexity and distance from the Corporate Office.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire.
