Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Able to lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing people and driving results
  • Experience in home services, construction, field operations, logistics, manufacturing, military leadership, or similar operational environments is preferred
