Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes, banking activities, and client service functions
• Manage banking transactions, including wires, ACH payments, and check processing
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and serve as a resource for operational issues and escalations
• Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures and operational best practices
• Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Monitor compliance with company policies, operational controls, and confidentiality requirements
• Support audits, reporting, and risk management efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking operations required
• Strong knowledge of back end banking, cash management, and operational control processes required
• Experience with financial and accounting systems; AgilLink experience is a plus
