Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager oversees daily business operations and company workflow. They manage office and field personnel, lead and support department managers and team members, develop and implement company systems and procedures, coordinate scheduling and resources between departments, monitor employee performance and accountability, assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development, improve efficiency, identify operational bottlenecks, oversee customer service, manage and improve communication between departments, assist ownership with strategic planning and company growth initiatives, and help monitor budgets, job costing, and company performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
• Handle problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience leading and managing employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and business software.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license.
