Operations Manager

About the role

The role optimizes technical operations and cross-functional workflows, ensuring high-growth engineering and product teams execute efficiently. The operations manager will identify system bottlenecks, implement automated tooling, and drive operational programs from inception to measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core operational workflows, integrating internal tooling, Jira, and enterprise software systems
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to track cross-functional deliverables, milestones, and project timelines
• Analyze operational metrics via SQL and BI dashboards to surface risks, bottlenecks, and efficiency gains
• Manage vendor relationships and software licenses supporting day-to-day technical operations
• Develop standard operating procedures and documentation for scaling internal processes
• Facilitate regular operational reviews and report KPI performance to executive stakeholders

Requirements

• 4-7 years of operations, technical program management, or project management experience in a technology environment
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and modern BI platforms like Looker or Tableau
• Demonstrated track record of shipping complex process improvements and managing cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

Qualifications

• Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master certification, or prior experience scaling remote operations teams
