- Oversee day-to-day field and facility operations related to environmental remediation and hazardous/non-hazardous waste management.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT, NYSDEC, EPA, OSHA, and other applicable standards.
- Supervise, train, and support field staff and drivers to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, including manifests, inspection logs, and incident reports.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental remediation, waste disposal, or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of DOT compliance and transport regulations.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL and HAZWOPER certifications are a plus.
- Experience with scheduling, routing, and job costing preferred.
