Operations Manager

About the role

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to, facility management, supply chain coordination, and employee training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a similar industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with facility management and supply chain coordination is preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

The Operations Manager will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
