Responsibilities
- Supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store.
- Maintains an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
- Manages, supervises, and assigns activities to the store’s crew.
- Communicates information to the store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
- Works with the Store Manager to develop action plans for operational and service improvements.
- Affords support to customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promotes the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.
Requirements
- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $19.00 - $29.00 per hour or $40,000 - $58,000 annually. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
