Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store.
• Maintains an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
• Manages, supervises, and directs activities of the store’s crew.
• Safeguards store operations by communicating information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Works closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement actions plans for operational and service improvements.
• Affirms the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Anticipated weekly hours: 40.

Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $19.00 - $29.00 per hour or $40,000 - $58,000 annually. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
