OPERATIONS MANAGER

Minimum Qualifications

• Eight years of full-time experience in construction, repair, alteration and/or rehabilitation of multiple dwellings, commercial, industrial or public buildings in the capacity of general contractor, superintendent of construction, procurement specialist, evaluator responsible for cost estimation, or as a field supervisor or as an inspector.
• At least 18 months of which must have been in a supervisory or administrative capacity involving responsibility for a large number of buildings.
• Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above, with a maximum of four years of education in an accredited college leading toward a baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, engineering technology or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale operational and technology-driven initiatives within a public or complex organizational environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate workflows across multiple business units, streamline processes, and identify operational inefficiencies through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or equivalent systems is preferred, including oversight of system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other applications such as purchasing, financial management, and maintenance tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Visio, and MS Office to support reporting, visualization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, IT, and external vendors.
• Ability to conduct research, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to executive leadership.
• Demonstrates success in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $83,718.00 – $90,282.00.
