Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business and operational activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management, business management, logistics, or related leadership roles
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience monitoring KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
- Professional, dependable, and results-driven mindset

Pay
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, leadership abilities, operational expertise, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
