Responsibilities

• Leading all daily manufacturing operations
• Driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements
• Coaching Production Supervisors and developing future leaders
• Building accountability throughout the organization
• Leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action effectiveness
• Improving manufacturing flow, capacity, and labor utilization
• Developing meaningful manufacturing KPIs and visual management systems
• Improving First Pass Yield while reducing scrap and rework
• Building standardized work and operational discipline
• Supporting workforce development, crosstraining, and succession planning
• Creating a positive, engaged manufacturing culture focused on teamwork and ownership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred
• 710+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience leading multiple production departments and supervisors
• Strong Lean Manufacturing background
• Proven Continuous Improvement success
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action experience
• Strong data analysis and KPI development skills
• ERP and production planning experience
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, military, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments is highly preferred
