Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel to build a strong, engaged team
• Cookordinate job schedules, equipment, and field resources to ensure smooth execution
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and project success
• Ensure compliance with company standards and key operational goals, including: DOT requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Qual Cards, Safety initiatives and audits, Equipment maintenance and care, Post-job reviews and continuous improvement
• Oversee training plans and ensure team members have the tools and knowledge to succeed
• Work with the operations team to meet or exceed branch performance goals and monthly metrics

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industrial experience (rigging and/or power generation experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others
• Able to stay organized, juggle priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience training or mentoring others, both formally and on the job
• Able to pass a drug screen, fit-for-duty exam, and background check
• College degree preferred
