Key Responsibilities
- Manages fill rates, physician and advanced practice provider schedules and templates daily
- Manages in reach or out reach as relevant to assigned practices
- Implements actions to improve employee engagement
- Ensures standard work is implemented to achieve quality metrics
- Provides coaching, feedback and ensures development conversations are completed for all members of the team
- Serves as escalation point for patient access to care
- Participates in PDSA's and other improvement activities
- Provides input into long-range financial planning, program development and capital planning process
- Delegates work to assigned supervisors if appropriate
Qualifications
- Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare leadership or clinical healthcare field OR Associate’s degree in nursing and ability to obtain bachelor’s degree within 3 years from date of hire
- Required Qualifications: 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting or completion of administrative fellowship through Essentia Health fellowship program
- Preferred Qualifications: Background in nursing, especially in RN leadership; Experience with obstetrics and gynecology; Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams
