Responsibilities

- I have worked for Fair Oaks Foods for over 9 months now. It feels like family to me, and I am grateful that if I am sick and must go home that I have the backing of the company and am allowed that time away. It is never an issue and management is always very accommodating as long as proper documentation gets returned for the absence. - Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The culture is genuinely supportive, and the people are not only talented but also kind and collaborative. It’s a place where you feel valued and inspired every day. - I have been working with Fair Oaks Foods for 13 years now, and I have always enjoyed working with my coworkers. I continue to learn a lot of different things and meet many interesting people.
