Responsibilities

• Supports and drives operational excellence in the company’s core strategies.
• Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.
• Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.
• Revenue Managed: Greater than $15 Million.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 8-10 years operations, service, or field or project management
• Previous project supervisory
• Preferred Experience (but not required): Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

• Excellent management skills related to Project Management
• Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000-160,000/annual
