Operations Management Trainee
About the role
Join us as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while leading the teams.
Responsibilities
- Rotation through key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.
- After completing the eight-week training, transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management.
- Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level.

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is $58,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
