Responsibilities

• Transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management.
• Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $54,995 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
