Join us as a Operations Management Program
Responsibilities
- Structured, 12-month development experience combining formal training and hands-on field exposure
- Gain practical experience in elevator, escalator, and moving walk maintenance and repair
- Learn how to effectively manage these operations through close collaboration with leadership and mentors
- Complete a series of phases with specific learning objectives for each phase
- Upon completion, must be open to relocating to other locations within the local territory if a permanent, full-time Field Superintendent position is not available at the host training location
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other relevant field of study preferred
- Candidates MUST be open to relocation (company-assisted) to select cities upon completion of the program
- Previous military or other leadership experience is highly desirable
- Prior work experience or internships in construction, service/maintenance or related industry a plus
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Affinity for understanding technical/mechanical systems
