Operations & Maintenance Specialist

Maintain county buildings: carpentry, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, snow removal and concrete repair. Lead duties: direct work, train and resolve conflict. Coordinate with users for event setup/teardown and utilities. Operate and maintain heavy equipment (tractors, skid steer, backhoe, dump trucks). Performs preventive maintenance as needed. Assist with grounds maintenance. HVAC experience preferred. Background check and valid Driver's License required. Application Deadline 4 pm 10/11/26**.
