Operations Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Smurfit Westrock (NYSE:SW) is the go‑to leader and partner of choice in sustainable packaging. The Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating maintenance jobs between operations and maintenance for weekly and downtime schedules. Collaborating primarily with the paper machine and maintenance personnel, they manage the cost of storeroom purchases and ensure alignment between department maintenance needs and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

• Management of preventative, routine, and scheduled downtime maintenance schedules.
• Safety/Housekeeping performance management.
• Cost management.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years, up to 10 years of experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
