About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee our Vendor Management lane. This role combines leadership and operational expertise, requiring you to lead a team, negotiate with vendors, and build strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vendor Management Specialists while remaining directly involved in daily execution
- Establish clear standards, SLAs, and accountability for vendor onboarding, quoting support, program execution, and issue resolution
- Own allwhere’s global vendor ecosystem across OEMs, distributors, and resellers / VARs, building the partner strategy behind how we source equipment worldwide
- Shape sourcing strategy by region, developing the right partner mix to support competitive pricing, reliable fulfillment, and fast expansion into new markets
- Lead negotiations across pricing, payment terms, credit, rebates, incentives, and program structures to improve cost and commercial outcomes
- Apply deep knowledge of channel programs, including Deal Registration, Apple VPP / DPP, warranties, reseller authorization, rebates, and incentives, to maximize value and customer experience
- Manage vendor KPIs and SLAs, using performance data to identify gaps, hold partners accountable, and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary escalation point for supply constraints, pricing discrepancies, fulfillment issues, and vendor-program challenges, driving clear ownership and timely resolution
- Build and maintain scalable playbooks for vendor onboarding, qualification, deal registration, program enrollment, and regional compliance while partnering cross-functionally to improve how supply strategy supports customer demand
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in vendor / partner management, IT procurement, channel management, supply chain, or a related function
- Direct experience working with OEM and distribution channels such as Apple, Dell, Lenovo, TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, or equivalent partners
- Strong working knowledge of channel programs, including Deal Registration, Apple VPP / DPP, reseller authorization, warranties, rebates, and incentive structures
- Proven experience negotiating pricing, terms, and program structures and delivering measurable cost or performance improvements
- Demonstrated ability to build and standardize processes in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- A data-driven approach, sharp problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication across internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
