Responsibilities

• Lead teams with clarity, accountability, and a positive, professional approach
• Manage Life Sciences programs in a structured, compliance‑focused environment with strong attention to detail
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, status updates, and solution‑oriented support
• Keep timelines, budgets, SOPs, and event materials organized while juggling multiple priorities
• Troubleshoot challenges quickly and work cross‑functionally to keep projects moving forward

Requirements

• Virtual role operating on Eastern or Central Standard business hours
• Previous meetings & events operations experience is required
• Previous experience with Speaker Bureaus is required
• Working manager – you will be managing people and clients

Qualifications

• Experience supporting speaker bureau programs, event logistics, or marketing operations
• Familiarity with Pharma industry expectations and the pace of regulated client work
• People management experience, including coaching, performance reviews, and onboarding new team members
• Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to track reporting and project activity
• A knack for improving processes and finding smarter ways to deliver quality work and team efficiency

Pay

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Lead, Speaker Bureau is between $67,000 and $70,000. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
