About the role

Launch your leadership career with the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program—a 16-week immersive experience designed to build operational expertise and foundational leadership skills. You’ll work alongside an experienced General Manager to master daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop the confidence and business acumen needed to step into an Operations Lead role, with a clear path toward Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, balancing speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow sales and leadership skills by promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, such as leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.

• Ability to lead by example, take ownership, and maintain high personal standards.
