About the role

The Operations Lead supports Final Mile Delivery operations in Lockbourne, OH. This role plays a key part in supporting the Final Mile operations, handling tasks such as accurate data logging, billing, route support, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records
• Real time route support for drivers
• Supporting retail clients and end users
• Moving production, warehouse functions, and inventory tracking

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and home delivery is preferred

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Three (3) years or more Customer Service experience required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm

Summary

The Customer Service Operations Lead assists management staff with clerical staff support and oversees office and warehouse functions. They support and oversee billing, dispatching, client requests, and customer escalations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Help lead the execution of daily dispatch
• Plan, deliver, monitor assigned loads, drivers, and equipment
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

Essential Functions

• Achieve customer metrics to meet performance goals
• Decrease incident rates, comply with SOPs
• Monitor calls and prepare to de-escalate calls
• Maintain a current procedure book for customer service
• Act as a liaison between operations and customers
• Coordinate special customer requests
• Compile statistical information and prepare reports
