About the role
The Operations Lead Analyst supports daily client request execution, issue triage, reporting, and operational processes. This role provides project and administrative support to leadership while monitoring risks, ensuring compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows. The position plays an important role in maintaining efficient client operations and delivering a high-quality service experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute client requests in accordance with service agreements and established timelines.
- Triage, investigate, and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow organizational SOPs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and operational improvements.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
- Maintain compliance with document retention and record management policies.
- Deliver professional and responsive service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and support business initiatives.
- Communicate operational risks, project status, and process updates to leadership.
- Perform data input, reconciliation, reporting, and other operational activities as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with data entry, reconciliation, and operational reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations preferred.
Pay
Annual salary range: $62,600–$104,300, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.
