On-site in Wilmer, TX; first shift, entry level, full‑time Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
About the role
Schneider is seeking an Operations Intern in Wilmer, TX to provide support to Schneider’s operations team. The Operations Intern will solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes, while gaining transportation experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with various systems and programs.
- Work with a variety of teams, including customer service, safety and equipment maintenance.
- Respond to driver phone calls and messages.
- Resolve customer and equipment issues.
- Lead a project or initiative to solve a business problem.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
- Working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Able to work full‑time over the summer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
