Operations Intern
About the role
Ikigai Cases (ikigaicases.com) is seeking an Operations Intern to support our in-house operations during the spring season. This role is critical to ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and with the highest level of care. You will be hands-on with the core processes that keep our business running, from packing orders to managing inventory, while working directly alongside the founders. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience in e-commerce operations within a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Track and manage inventory and supply levels
- Support the founders with general operational tasks
- Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Currently located in Washington, DC or the DMV area (required for in-person work at our warehouse on Fleet Drive, Alexandria, VA)
- Able to commit to at least 10 hours per week when available, and at least 50 hours total between January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026
- College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
