Operations Intern - 15 - 20 hrs/Week (Active enrollment in a bachelor's college level program)

About the role

The Intern Role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP). This individual will be required to work with demand and supply processes for the business unit. This position will support Supply Chain activities across the global business unit to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and deliver customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Work with large sets of data and require critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Manage, maintain, and create IBP related reporting in support of the Global Demand Review Process, Global Supply Review, Integration Reconciliation, Management Business Review, and S&OEC.
• Collaborate with Regional Teams in support of IBP Process.
• Drive key KPI improvement activities (increasing inventory turns, while reducing excess and obsolescence) while improving customer service levels.
• Aid in the standardization of reporting and processes leveraging technical skills and expertise to enhance analytics in support of IBP.
• Assist in key projects as required.
• Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Support Key Projects to deliver inventory and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills.
• Enrollment in a bachelor's college level program.
