Operations Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Operations Improvement Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity within the company. This individual will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Conducting process reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing operational improvement strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
• Tracking progress and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
