About the role
The Video Operations & Finance Leadership Program at Castleton Commodities International (CCI) is a two-year rotational program designed to identify and develop the next generation of leaders across Operations, Finance, or potentially within CCI’s commercial businesses. Participants will gain exposure to a variety of support functions, including settlements, trading operations, treasury, credit, tax, enterprise improvement, and product control, as well as work on special projects around strategic initiatives. Associates will complete four six-month rotations, with opportunities to interact with leaders in Operations, Finance, and commercial businesses. Rotations are matched based on development and growth opportunities. Training will be provided to build industry knowledge, leadership, and technical skills.
At any point during the program, an Associate may receive and accept a full-time offer from any group within the organization, concluding their rotational assignments.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Physics, or a related field
- Expected graduation date of Spring 2026 or December 2026
- Excellent analytical and technical skills; proficiency in Excel, VBA is a plus
- Database management experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Forward-thinking mindset with a desire to make an impact
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and add value
- Prior internship or exposure to commodities markets, financial institutions, or consulting is preferred
Location
This program will be based in Stamford, Connecticut and Houston, Texas.
