Operations Finance Intern

How will you contribute
- Finance Support & Operations
- Aid the Site Controller in the development and execution of a Fixed Asset Tagging & Master Asset Listing Update
- Generate reports pertaining to customer billing, costs, and margins with varied degree of complexity
- Participate in Monthly Report Consolidation and Reviews with Leadership
- Assist the Site Controller & Finance Director with Ad Hoc projects, reporting, and analysis
- Effectively collaborate with Operations teams at multiple locations
- Attend daily operations meetings
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and have already completed multiple finance and accounting courses

- Basic understanding of finance concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic Excel & Powerpoint functionality
- Ability to navigate various ERP systems and software
- Interest in Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and/or Operations Finance
- Strong communication skills and punctuality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- This position is an on-site role based in Indianapolis, Indiana (Airport Area)
- This position is primarily in an office environment but will spend considerable time on the production floor for projects
- As a Food & Beverage Manufacturer, this position will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices around sanitation and safety
